Industry Trends 2021/22

Where do we see the industry trending? As our company remains focused on the Pre-Engineered Metal Building industry, we are gaining more exposure to the development world. We can see where these two worlds can at times collide through revitalization and repurposing projects.
Several smaller communities which have great historical value to their surroundings have watched large companies with high quantities of production or service-related jobs leave the area. Fortunately, local investors have stepped up to the task of helping their community remain vibrant and desirable for new growth.
The desire by these investors to write a new chapter in the pages of the local history brings a unique opportunity for Atkins Fick Group, Inc. to partner with them while continuing to build new construction projects (greenfield and brownfield) while also giving back to the communities through the restoration or redevelopment of local landmark structures.
