Todd Kamps SIOR/CCIM is an Associate Broker at Cherette Group. He works directly with exclusive clients looking to complete transactions that fall within their investment criteria. Todd has extensive transaction and consulting experience with sales and dispositions across the United States. For over 25 years, Todd has provided clients with diverse services including financial analysis, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, strategic planning and portfolio disposition. Todd has expertise in multi-state disposition and acquisition for large industrial portfolios, investment sales of office, retail, and industrial buildings, as well as leasing, and land acquisitions. He is a board  member and former two-term President of the SIOR Michigan Chapter, committee member for the National SIOR Board, and is a former president of CCIM Michigan Chapter.
